Inside a big black box, slices of life pass by. One after the other, four characters appear in their respective homes. It is there, in that solitude apart from the gaze of others, that intimacy and fantasies reveal themselves, and dreams and extravagance burst open… Reality is twisted, breaches appear and the porosity of everyday life explodes in poetic fireworks.
Boîte Crânienne is a visual and wordless show where puppets and masks gather together to embody our deepest intimacies. There is no extra ordinary adventure taking place here, only little destinies of no consequence, to tickle the desire to treat one’s self.
